Freedom Farms can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for wedding events.

While we do not have on-site accommodation, we have partnered with several nearby hotels and inns that offer comfortable lodging for your guests. We are happy to provide a list of these accommodations, along with exclusive discounts negotiated for our events.

Can we choose our own vendors or do we need to select from a preferred vendor list

You can bring your own vendors, though our curated preferred vendor list might provide additional convenience and quality assurance.

What is the cancellation policy

Cancellations made 90 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50 percent refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 90 days prior will forfeit the deposit

Are there any restrictions on decor or entertainment

Yes, no open flames or fireworks; all decor must be approved for safety.
